About the event
Curriculum covered during this workshop will include.
- Standing poses from the Ashtanga yoga primary series
- Lunge variations leading toward Half Moon / Revolved Half Moon and Warrior 3
- Adho muka svanasana / downward dog to the top of the mat ie step, jump or float. learn how to connect the entire core
through this movement and develop strong stable shoulders
- Chatarunga Dandasana to Urdva Muka svanasana / Up Dog
- Vashitasana to wild thing key aspects of engagement through the side body
- Jump through to seated / jump back to Chatarunga
