I started practicing Tai Chi 15 years ago and was intrigued by what it had to offer. It is a complete system for health and well-being. Tai chi helps the bodies natural healing process to develop. Enhancing the immune system and thus improving your health physically and mentally. I have been with Tai Chi for Health 11 years now and have gained many benefits. I’m now more relaxed and focused in my daily life as well as being healthier mentally and physically. Tai Chi has many rewards to offer and I’m looking forward to helping others who seek a truly healthy life free from stress, tension, illness and injury.
