Retreat comes from the Latin verb ‘’to pull back’’. A place where you pull back from the world. Join Paula for a day of Yoga, meditation and Mindfulness, with a theme of embracing change as Autumn moves towards winter. Enjoy a freshly prepared Vegetarian lunch in the middle of the day.
The day begins with a short meditation to clear the mind, before moving into our Physical Flow practice. Variations and modifications will be given to make it suitable for mixed levels. After sharing a Vegetarian lunch, we move to the more grounding, surrendering aspects of Yin practice, along with Mindfulness and meditation.
Paula Ahlberg shares her 20 years of Knowledge and experience working as a Yoga instructor with you. Expect an energising practice, interwoven with the Philosophies of Yoga, which make this more than just a physical practice. Learn more about how the mind works and how to reduce stress. Leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and with a deeper sense of conscious awareness.
