Spring Clean Retreat Day

Spring is the time of new beginnings. It is magical and dynamic and represents the Ayurvedic dosha Kapha- which is about earth and water.This represents warmth, moisture, and palpable softness.As nature moves out of the cold, wet, dark and toward spring, the pulse of life quickens. The earth warms, the blossoms unfurl and reach for the sun.From the months of rest we come alive with nature.

Expect a Yang practice focused on movement and fluidity in the body, followed by a Yin practice with particular focus on organs related to spring.After a freshly prepared vegan lunch with plenty of fresh salads, fruits and juices to embody this new season, enjoy some gentle yogic movement to ease digestion, and stimulate the system which has been at rest.Learn some home practices, as well as embody mindfulness meditation into this session.
