Spring Clean Detox Day - 28th April.

The day starts with a dynamic flow practice, including the philosophical aspects of Yoga. A Yin class follows, focusing on gastro-intestinal health and organ function, as well as an integration of Mindfulness. A lunch using seasonable fruits and vegetables is served accompanied by a talk on Ayurvedic practices. We complete the day with a Mindfulness full body scan meditation and relaxation class.
