At Wellbeing Warehouse our aim is to provide of our members with guidance from instructors who are experts in their field. We run classes, workshops and offer 1-1 private sessions for all levels.
Our classes and private sessions are designed to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be, whether you are in rehabilitation through injury, suffering from stress, or wishing to take your fitness to the next level.
Improve your posture and strength in our boutique Reformer Pilates studio. Our Barre classes will sculpt your body with a mix of Ballet, Cardio, Pilates and strength training. If you love the discipline of Classical Ballet, and whether you have previous dance experience or not, we also offer Adult Ballet classes.

Owner & Teacher
Paula is the head of all Teacher Training at Yoga Teaching Academy and the founder and owner of Wellbeing Warehouse Yoga centre. She has been teaching Yoga for 20 years and worked in the fitness industry for some years prior to that. She was originally trained in Hatha Yoga and was then drawn to the Ashtanga Yoga system, and trained with David Swenson. Paula also has extensive insight in flow yoga and trained with Shiva Rea, as well as many other inspirational teachers.
